Sunday Fun Day

Hey everyone.

  Hoping your week was fulfilling and great. Rest days are just as important as the workouts you perform in the gym. The #1 mistake people make is over training. Be sure to get adequate amounts of sleep and enjoy your days off. Try and continue your clean eating throughout your weekend, but if you must have  cheat day, do so and enjoy.
  Today my hubby and I are catching up on yard work and getting chores accomplished before we take of for Florida for the UFC! Hoping everyone has a great day, enjoy the beautiful weather!
