Day 2 of 7..

Happy Tuesday!

  So, yesterday I felt great. I about threw up at the gym with all my circuit training, but it was great. Anyways, I drank my 60+oz of water yesterday and ate very clean. Today I woke up and a lot of the bloat subsided and I attribute that to drinking all that water and doing the cardio yesterday.
So, todays gym workout will consist of shoulders, back, abs and the fabulous stair mill.... I have a great article I am working on to be posted prob by this evening or tomorrow so stay tuned.. here are my day two pics... In contrast to day 1's....
