Day 3 of 7... Suck'n it UP!

I was a workaholic today. Today was a rest day for me from the gym. Still drank lots of water, NO sugar at all. I didn't eat as much as i usually do during the day so I feel tired and weak..but nonetheless... U can see the diff from day one already! the trick= water water water, no crap food (yes you know what i mean) and lifting at the gym with about 15 mins cardio each day so far....

Anyways, Im reading a great chapter on natural hormone regulation right now... Look for that article, its interesting! Cheerrrrsssss
