Holding yourself accountable...

Happy Monday evening. Holy heat wave today Boise huh?

  Anyways, I just wanted to write a short shindig on holding ourselves accountable. I am not only speaking fitness wise, but in our daily lives.
This world is full of distractions, false idols, gossip and media. It can be easy to fall into the Hollywood do's and don'ts, but always remember who YOU are and what kind of standards you set for yourself. Hold yourself accountable to be true to yourself and true to your family, friends and partners. If you see someone you love it having a hard time, or a joyous time...be apart of it. Stay active in the lives of the ones you love and don't just show up on your terms.

 Fitness wise, the only person you are hurting when you make bad food choices and habit choices is usually yourself. You owe it to yourself to be the best and most positive you can be. Nobody else, money or any amount of booze or junk food will get you happiness and that fulfillment deep within. Respect yourself, your body and your mind and make a healthier lifestyle for you and your family.
