The Magic of Epsom Salts!

Fire up that bath tub baby, its detox time!

 As the wife of a pro athlete, and being an athlete myself, I have acquired a few tricks for sore muscles and body fatigue..

One of the more natural pain relievers, (and a delicious way to relax) is through epsom salts!

Epsom salts contain magnesium and sulfate. Through my investigations, I have found that today's average person has lower levels of magnesium and sulfides due to the changes in our food processes. Interestingly enough, magnesium and sulfates do not get absorbed very well through the stomach, but are both easily absorbed through the skin!

Magnesium in the 2nd most abundant element found inn cells and 4th most important positively charged ion in the body. Magnesium regulated the function of well over 325 enzymes.

Sulfates play a big role in the formation of the brain tissue, joint proteins and proteins that line your stomach wall. Sulfates stimulate the pancreas to generate digestive enzymes and help detox the body of medicines and environmental contaminants. Not only that, but it sedates the nervous system, reduces swelling, relaxes tired and sore muscles and acts as an emollient and exfoliator. Lovely!
